I LOVE LOVE LOVE blueberry jam. When I was a young’un, my grandma used to make several different varieties of jam for each of her kids and their families. Each year at Christmas, we all went home with a box of jam from her very own kitchen. And the blueberry was my absolute favorite.
But! All that sugar!!! Starting Trim Healthy Mama, this was one of the things that became a goal for me – I needed to find a recipe to make blueberry jam! And I found it thanks to the Sugar Free Londoner!
Check out her recipe below! Personally, I will be adding a bit of stevia to bring up the sweetness and tone down the tartness (not that tartness is a bad thing!). I just have a HUGE sweet tooth!
